Return Policy

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
If an item has a MYBAGFAST security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
MYBAGFAST reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned item is in saleable condition. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
If you processed your order through guest checkout please contact our friendly Customer Service to start your return. To return or cancel an item that has been made to your specifications, please view our ‘Customised Items’ section below for further information.
Customer has the right to raise dispute within 3 days after receive the product and get partial/full refund in the event that:
Purchased products have yet to be rendered/delivered from our side according to the time frame stated in delivery policy.
Any issues with the order received (including wrong product or incomplete materials)
For refund under condition above, kindly return the original package/item without damages within 3 working days after MYBAGFAST management approval on return item. We will inspect to confirm the serial number, the original package/item before releasing refund. Please allow 10 to 14 days for processing your refund payment.
Duties, taxes or tariffs will not be refunded
Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
Please allow up to six (6) weeks for processing your return and credit from your financial institution.
